PRBEC exists to curate, preserve, and extend the canonical corpus of SVG depictions of pelicans riding bicycles, in service of:

1. The aesthetic enrichment of the open-source commons.
2. The continuing dignity of pelicans.
3. The continuing dignity of bicycles.
4. Joy.
